At first glance: looks nice & clean.
At second glance: it has some usability problems & the search results are not always convincing.
I don't really want to go into detail, but what I really find distracting is the inconsequent navigation on the site. Looks like google knows best.
Navigation in the center, orange highlights.
Navigation on top, bold highlights.
No navigation at all.
